CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT PLAN
The AutoPower Customer Service Support plan, or CSSP, provides the most comprehensive package of system support and customer training services available within the industry. With our "tailored to fit" philosophy you can ensure the biggest bang for your investment dollar by choosing those options which best meet your support needs. WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This system is under development. When completed, AutoPower's Online Work Order Management System will provide a method for registered customers on our Support Plans to track their support issues using an incident system. Customers can view status of their incidents, add additional notes, and close incidents all online. Security features only allow a customer to view their own Work Orders.
Telephone support is available from AutoPower for all of our customers. Customers that subscribe to CSSP get phone support service as part of their plan. All others may get phone support on a per call billable basis. If you are not subscribed to CSSP we will request a PO number or Credit Card Number before providing support services. Call us!
For our registered users, AutoPower provides an area to download a Program Temporary Fix, utilities, updates and links to useful sites for our business partners.
A program temporary fix (PTF) is a temporary solution to a coding error in our software product that is made available for our customers to install. A PTF is developed after a customer or someone at AutoPower encounters the problem and a work order is written. The PTF effectively "closes" the work order and then is made available for delivery to our customers. PTFs can be applied individually but are usually made available as part of a fix package that includes a number of PTFs.
As part of our corporate philosophy, AutoPower differentiates itself with the "Tailored to Fit" moniker. What this means is that we don't ask our customer to change their processes to fit our software, we will change our software to fit your process. The majority of this customization is performed on the front end of your go live and from time to time you may need a new report, a slight system change or new program. If you require any customization to our software products we can either provide you with a developer consultation or open discussion with our support analysts to document your needs. Customers enrolled in CSSP receive a substantial discount on billing for this work.
