General Ledger

The AutoPower General Ledger module provides the means of reporting the financial condition of the company. AutoPower's Inventory,Order Entry,POS, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll modules all interface into the General Ledger module daily with many processes posting to the ledger in real time. This facilitates end-of-period updating and report processing.
At the end of the accounting period, the General Ledger can produce the necessary reports and worksheets to proof and balance the monthly transactions in preparation for the Financial Statements. As a majority of the entries into the General Ledger are performed automatically during the month, the Accounting Clerk need only process adjustments, tax entries and year-end depreciation entries to produce an accurate financial statement.
