With direct interfacing to the General Ledger, AutoPower`s Accounts Payable module provides Accounts Payable control in a single or multi-company environment. The Accounts Payables application module provides for Invoice entry, General Ledger distribution of the Invoice amount, discounting control by vendor, check writing, cash requirements projection and open item control.

Establishing a proper payment schedule for products and services is important to insure a good credit status with your suppliers. Within the industry, merchandise is purchased from the manufacturers or suppliers in a variety of different ways. Seasonal purchasing, dated billing, special discounting programs, rebates, stock returns, all must be handled with ease. AutoPower will allow the payables to be monitored easily with specialized reporting of the cash required in the near term. The system tracks past and current invoices while taking discounts if they are allowed.
