Invoicing

The invoice is created automatically following the entry of any order adjustments.. This invoice contains all the typical information regarding a sale, such as: Ship-To, Bill-To, detail information about the items purchased, etc. The invoice detail line items have the Part Number, Description, Quantity Purchased, Quantity Placed on Back Order, (optional), Unit Price, Core Price, Extended Price, and the extended Item Weight. The total weight and invoice amount are printed at the bottom of the invoice.
A standard feature of the AutoPower installation services is to format the invoicing software to fit the custom invoice forms used by the customer. This service will eliminate the requirement of redesigning and purchasing new invoice forms.
